My client is a well-established accounting practice in Parramatta who is currently on the lookout for a motivated Administration Assistant to join their growing support team. They offer a wide range of business, tax and consulting services, with their clients ranging from SMEs to larger corporate groups in a number of exciting industries across Australia.

This role will suit an enthusiastic professional who is keen to expand their knowledge and not shy to take on early responsibility.
Key tasks include (but not limited to):
Lodgements for the ATO regarding tax returns, FBTs and BASs
Monitor outgoing correspondence to clients ensuring compliance with company procedures
Assist with WIP and billings of accounting team
ASIC/corporate secretarial compliance function
Support business support team in reviewing workflow and assessing resourcing and capacity requirements
Manage firm's database and input of client information
Prepare correspondence, client files, documents for meetings
Handle client correspondence
Other ad-hoc/general administrative duties
Ideal Requirements:
At least 1-3+ years' experience in a similar role within a local accounting firm
Experience using Xero/XPM would be looked upon favourably
Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
