About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing & Administration Assistant to support our executive team and hotel managers. This is a dynamic, full-time role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on multitasking, and is passionate about marketing within the hospitality sector. This role will be approximately half marketing and half hotel administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support
Assist with marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand materials.
Support website updates and manage the hotel’s digital presence.
Help plan and execute digital marketing, promotions, and events.
Create marketing content and identify new opportunities.
Ensure all marketing activities meet legal requirements.
Administration & Management Support
Provide administrative support to the management team.
Liaise with management, suppliers, and representatives for group contracts and procurement.
Coordinate IT needs and maintain digital filing systems.
Organise repairs, maintenance, and assist with accounts, invoicing, and compliance tasks.
Book training, travel, and accommodation as required.
About You:
Experience in administration, ideally within hospitality or a similar fast-paced environment.
Keen interest in a career in marketing. Experience desired, but not essential.
Confident with IT systems, digital marketing tools, and content creation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
