Company & Role Overview

Be part of a major Australian financial services organisation where in your role as a Manager within Pricing, you will contribute to the development and rollout of forward-thinking offerings by shaping strategic direction and introducing new functionalities. Collaborating across departments, you’ll be responsible for crafting, evaluating, and forecasting pricing models for both existing and upcoming investment solutions and services.

Skills and Experience
We’re after someone that will ideally have:

• Hands-on involvement in the full product development process—from concept through to launch—while coordinating with external partners and internal teams to assess the viability of cost models.
• Proven track record in crafting and executing pricing strategies for both products and services, in collaboration with cross-functional roles such as project leads and business analysts.
• Work closely with finance teams to ensure pricing aligns with project objectives and value delivery, adhering to applicable guidelines, corporate policies, and internal protocols.
• In-depth understanding of the private banking and/or wealth management industry, including familiarity with investment offerings.
• Highly skilled in delivering clear and compelling presentations, managing diverse stakeholder expectations, maintaining accuracy, adjusting to change, and driving effective communication and execution.
