About the role

Our client is a fast-growing private equity-backed healthcare organisation who are seeking a commercially focused and analytically driven Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy and execution across its expanding portfolio. This newly created high-impact role will partner stakeholders across the business and play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth, supporting investment decisions, and enhancing market visibility.

Duties

• Own and execute pricing strategies across a diverse healthcare portfolio
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and deliver market intelligence
• Build and maintain scalable pricing models and decision-support tools
• Turn complex data sets into simplified easy to consume models
• Analyse pricing performance within a portfolio to optimise revenue and margins
• Develop pricing scenarios and business cases for strategic initiatives
• Conduct half-yearly pricing reviews and competitor tracking
• Drive continuous improvement in pricing governance, accuracy, and efficiency
• Support implementation of dynamic pricing strategies where appropriate

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in a pricing roles
• Ability to work autonomously
• Advanced excel and financial analysis abilities
• Proven experience in pricing recommendations
• Excellent communication to liaise with senior stakeholders
• Self-motivated to drive function improvement
