You’ll be joining a leading B2B organisation experiencing rapid growth, with revenues between $500 million and $1 billion and several thousand employees. They offer a wide range of products and services.

About the role:
As Pricing Manager, you’ll take ownership of pricing, delivering both cost and margin insights across a high-volume product and service range and a large number of customer agreements.

You’ll apply pricing techniques to ensure rates remain competitive while modelling in Excel to understand how rate changes might impact customer attraction and overall revenue. This is a three-month, temp-to-permanent assignment handed over from the outgoing Pricing Manager, reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and analysing all pricing, including varied commercial agreements
• Building robust Excel models to forecast cost, margin and profitability scenarios
• Advising on price and rate adjustments to balance competitiveness with resource attraction and sales goals
• Collaborating with commercial and operational teams to translate pricing insights into action

About You:
You have a proven FMCG pricing background, strong MS Excel analysis and modelling skills, and a knack for distilling complex data into clear commercial recommendations. You’re proactive, inquisitive and comfortable navigating high-volume datasets. You understand the interplay between pricing and customer outcomes, and you thrive in fast-paced environments.
