Responsibilities:

• Accountable for making high-quality decisions on new lending proposals to ensure excellent customer outcomes and compliance with criteria
• Professionally and proactively manage the portfolio to maintain strong credit quality and effective account control
• Collaborate with Bankers and Lending Managers at a transactional level to enhance capability and streamline processes
• Promote innovation, efficiency, and the reduction of waste across end-to-end credit processes
• Demonstrate strong credit risk assessment and evaluation skills to make decisions within defined service levels
• Effectively engage and influence stakeholders using sound credit judgement and expertise

What you'll need to succeed:

• Substantial experience in originating and/or approving credit transactions
• Working knowledge of NCP & BCOP regulations
• Significant banking/financial services experience across the SME or commercial world
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential
