They efficiently deliver cashflow solutions in a market underserved by the major banks and through their platform, small businesses can obtain affordable loans in a much more convenient and customer-friendly way.
The Role
Sitting within a growing team you will be responsible for analyzing credit data, conducting research and providing insights that assist in developing and implementing end-to-end credit & pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
You have a unique opportunity to work and get trained by an experienced global team and work on cutting edge decisioning automation tools and create and build innovative products that will change the standard for small business lending.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business decisions.
- Assist in building and maintaining credit and pricing models/tools.
- Collect and analyze credit-related data, including customer behavior, loan performance, and economic indicators.
- Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies that align with company goals.
- Conduct competitive pricing analysis and monitor and evaluate the impact of pricing changes on revenue and profitability.
- Configuration and testing of the decision engine in which pricing and decision strategies will be coded.
- Translate approved credit strategies into requirements for the purpose of updating the decisioning engine.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics).
- 3-4+ years relevant analytic experience.
- Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in using Tableau for visualization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and competency with data analysis languages like SQL, Python or R.
- Strong cognitive thinking and communication skills: ability to communicate complex analyses to a variety of non-technical audiences.
- Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders from broad cross-functional teams.
