Rowland Street Boat Trimmers is a small successful business which has operated in Slacks Creek for over 48 years. We currently has a position available for an Industrial Sewing Machinist to join their team. Experience in industrial machines and the boating industry is an advantage but we also support our customers with general industrial sewing as well.

Qualifications & Experience:

Ability to cut, sew and measure

Experience with industrial sewing machines & overlockers an advantage

High attention to detail

Must be able to work as part of a team and independently

Follow directions and learn new skills

Must have the right to work in Australia

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Accurate sewing of fabrics/canvas/vinyls, zips, velcro etc

Sewing Boat Covers & Upholstery

General industrial sewing projects
