About the Role

• Raise and send invoices to relevant customers, ensuring all chargeable services and products have been invoiced.
• Conduct quality audits of accounts and systems and provide and interpret appropriate reports to maintain system integrity.
• Maintain an up-to-date work procedure manual for this position and assist with staff training, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing these quality initiatives within the team.
• Ensure patients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds, gender, identity, ages or abilities.
