This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity for a skilled communications and public

relations professional to join our team! The role will focus on community and

stakeholder engagement, branded content creation, and public representation of the

business across multiple platforms and events.

Key Responsibilities

 Plan and implement public relations campaigns and media strategies

 Design and publish branded content (digital and print) aligned with our

customer base and industry reputation

 Coordinate and attend community events, sponsorship activations, and

partnership opportunities

 Represent the company at public engagements and client-facing events

 Manage CRM communications (e.g., HubSpot, Streak) and client touchpoints

 Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, media

contacts, and community groups

 Assist with marketing proposals, award submissions, and external messaging

 Monitor public engagement outcomes and market trends to inform strategy

Required Skills and Experience

 Tertiary qualification in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a

related field

 Minimum 1 year of relevant full-time post-qualification experience

 Demonstrated success in brand storytelling, event coordination, or media

engagement

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong organisational ability and initiative

 Proficiency with digital tools (Canva, HubSpot, Streak, or equivalent)

 Experience in professional services or customer-facing industries is desirable
