Why This Role is a Career Launchpad
In this entry-level role, you’ll be fully trained across the entire sales cycle. You’ll build real-world skills in business development and account management while gaining exposure to big-name brands and exciting campaigns across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
- Reach out to potential clients and introduce tailored sponsorship solutions
- Book and lead meetings via phone, video, and face-to-face
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Learn how to manage accounts and support ongoing campaign success
- Meet monthly KPIs and work towards personal sales targets
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, International Business or Communications
- OR someone with experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles looking to transition into a corporate sales role
- Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and building connections
- Proactive and ambitious with a genuine desire to learn and grow
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a car
