The Role:

Reporting to the APC Sales Manager, the permanent and full-time position will require you to manage the specifying, ordering, logistics and coordinate the delivery of our dust collection machines into manufacturing environments.

Based in the office, you will perform the following:

· Take orders and provide quotes to customers

· Updating systems with customer and product information

· Tracking and chasing up orders

· Coordinating orders to site for installation

· Providing phone support to technicians and customers

· Following up on finished orders

· Supporting sales

Key Requirements:

An understanding of dusty manufacturing environments and how that dust is managed would be advantageous. As would experience in Project / Service Coordination or Sales Support.

We are looking for someone who can manage complex orders, someone who gets a thrill out of helping customers with quality customer service and providing solutions that add value to their operations.

· Proficient in MS Office programs and data entry skills
