THE ROLE
A Customer Success Executive is someone who is technically adept and will be the primary point of contact for any customer concerns regarding product and support. Their purpose is to provide the best customer experience possible, which in turn will result in customer retention and expansion.
The Customer Success Executive's first priority is to be in tune with what the customer needs and what their challenges are. The ultimate goal is making it easy for the customer to take maximum advantage of the product or service they have purchased.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Based in Sydney, this role will be pivotal in delivering professional, courteous and timely support to our clients via email, phone and online. You will work as part of the Customer Success Team and work closely internally with Operations, Sales and Development teams to ensure customers are trained correctly and are using the latest features. Other key responsibilities will be:
Professionally respond within SLAs
Provide some virtual and on-site support
Occasionally willing to take intrastate and interstate travel to support customers.
Record accurately and timely all client activity in the ticketing application
Involvement in ongoing development and testing of the software systems
Assist other teams internally
Develop and deliver Training to all new and existing clients
Create Training manuals and videos
ABOUT YOU
This full-time position will suit someone who:
Has excellent verbal, written / communication and presentation skills
Proficient in computer applications with ability to learn new systems
Be tech savvy and systems orientated
Ability to work autonomously with guided supervision
Highly skilled in proactive problem solving
Is accurate, reliable and has a strong work ethic
Experience in training others in system use
Strong client service skills and people orientated
Ability to travel, if required
Advanced time management
Valid drivers licence
