About the Role

• Co-ordinate and schedule trades and services to make sure maintenance is completed as quickly as possible.
• Manage 90 day maintenance/defects on new builds
• Manage warranty issues that within the 7 year warranty period
• Refer to Victorian Standards and Tolerances and BCA's for defecting rectification standards.
• Check & review maintenance and warranty reports.

About you

• Trade background (ideally carpentry)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
