The role

My client is a house builder using modern construction methods to build attractive and innovative homes, many of which are custom homes. They are looking for a Site Supervisor who will work on both custom and standard plan projects. Duties will include:

- Management of around 7 projects under construction at any one time.
- Driving between sites which are spread over a large area
- Supervision and direction of trades and sub-contractors
- Responsibility for site safety
- Ensuring high quality of workmanship is maintained

You will report to an experienced and supportive Construction Manager who will visit periodically.
