Sterling Insurance is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Administration Assistant to join our team full-time, providing vital administrative support to our underwriters.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, clear and professional communication, and a proactive approach to daily tasks. Success in this dynamic role will come from effectively managing competing priorities, showing initiative, and consistently meeting tight deadlines with confidence and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
Answering the main incoming phone-line
Invoice and process bound policies including producing policy documents
Check policy documents prior to dispatching to brokers
Prepare and issue Certificate of Currencies
Send monthly renewals invitations
Monitor & maintain the ADMIN mailbox
Assist generally in any other duty which Sterling management may request
Comply with Company Guidelines
Effective use of software applications (i.e. iBAIS/OT/Microsoft 365 etc)
Team player
Skills and expertise
Code of Practice
Strong working knowledge of software applications (applicable to role)
High level of verbal & written communication
Attention to detail
Prioritising tasks & managing timeframes
