We’re working with a dynamic and growing commercial property agency in their search for a motivated and professional individual to join their team. This is an opportunity for an experience Commercial Property Manager with 2+ years experience to work with an established brand, supportive team, and a portfolio of premium clients.

About the Role:
As the Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio, building strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders, and ensuring the assets perform at their best; both operationally and financially.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage annual budgets, outgoings, and rent reviews
• Oversee lease administration, arrears management, and renewals
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and capital works in conjunction with contractors and facilities teams
• Ensure compliance with legislative and safety requirements
• Provide regular reporting to landlords and build strong client relationships
• Collaborate with leasing and finance teams to drive asset performance

About You:

• 2+ years experience in commercial property management
• Strong understanding of leases, outgoings, budgets, and tenancy legislation
• Confident communicator who builds rapport easily with tenants and stakeholders
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing competing deadlines
• Real estate registration or licence (essential)

You will have strong computing skills across Microsoft Office suite and ideally experience trust accounting.
