Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships
• Manage maintenance coordination and property inspections
• Support lease administration, renewals, and compliance processes
• Assist with the delivery of capital works and contractor management
• Oversee property budgets, process invoices and prepare reports
• Provide general administrative support and contribute to process improvements
• Assist in leasing coordination and documentation

About you:
We are seeking a motivated and capable individual with a background in property management. This role is ideal for either an experienced assistant currently working within a commercial property team or a residential property manager looking to transition into the commercial sector.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Demonstrated experience in property management
• A current property management registration
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• A practical, solutions-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail
