They are looking for an experienced property professional to join their close knit team as an Assistant Commercial Property Manager. This role would suit someone coming from a Residential or Commercial Administration or Assistant role, with financial support to complete your WA Real Estate Registration if required.

Key responsibilities would include:

• Supporting the financial reporting on the portfolio
• Invoicing and accounts
• Coordinating maintenance
• Liaison between landlords and tenants
• Leasing administration
• Compliance administration
• General administration support

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience within real estate or property
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be financially astute with good attention to detail
• Enjoy problem solving
• Be highly organised and admin savvy
• Maintain a high level of presentation
