About the Role
Based at our Caboolture office, this is a hands-on leadership position that plays a key role in the day-to-day success of our operations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of projects, managing field teams and subcontractors, and upholding our reputation for service excellence.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must be trade-qualified in either Air Conditioning or Electrical. This technical background is essential to understanding the scope of our work, guiding the team, making informed operational decisions, and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
