You will be working for a privately owned, but highly successful, FM Service provider with over 35 years of experience delivering maintenance and cleaning services throughout Victoria. Their reputation is built on long-term relationships, and they frequently secure first-generation outsourcing work. Your Responsibilities:
- Working alongside the directors, you will cultivate relationships with new and existing clients in your sector.
- You will identify and capitalise on emerging trends and be able to present recommendations to prospective clients.
- Identify, organise and attend relevant networking events to elevate the organisation.
- Assist in the collation of business cases, proposals and tenders.
- Revise and drive forward a marketing plan.
Your Experience and Attributes:
- We seek a long-term solution-oriented professional with experience in selling facilities management, cleaning, and/or maintenance services.
- You will demonstrate the capacity to represent yourself as a subject-matter expert to your clients, providing informed advice.
- Your proven expertise in business development, marketing, and bid writing, combined with a track record of success, will make you a valuable addition to the team.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to develop and implement effective business development strategies
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or a related field.
