Your opportunity:
We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service/Admin Officer to join our Manning team on a permanent part-time basis (4 days/week ). This is an onsite role based primarily at Manning, with occasional support needed at our Duncraig or Subiaco clinics
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—children and adults alike—from all walks of life. Your work will play a key part in helping our Audiologists deliver exceptional care and support.
What you’ll be doing:
Welcoming clients and responding to in-person and telephone enquiries
Managing reception and performing a range of administrative tasks including appointment bookings, data entry ( relocation of client, medical typing) , claim processing, and reporting
Assisting clients with minor hearing aid repairs and basic troubleshooting
Supporting Audiologists by identifying client needs and demonstrating hearing devices

Responsibilities include
Welcoming patients to the practice
Efficiently managing clinics, patient bookings and treatment lists
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice
Coordinating all bookings through Health Engine System and managing appointments using HEARSOFT program
Processing invoices, bills and payments using EFTPOS and Medicare , HSP & insurance claims
Providing end-to-end administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the practice,medical typing and updating client record lists
Reception and other support duties where required.
