Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and diligent Student Project Coordinator to join the team on a part-time basis (two days per week). This role is ideally suited to a university student currently undertaking construction studies who wishes to gain practical, industry-relevant experience. The successful candidate will assist in the coordination of site and office activities, engage with key project stakeholders, and contribute to the smooth delivery of construction projects. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and coordination of construction projects
• Liaise effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project execution
• Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and progress reports
• Support adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Monitor project progress and prepare timely updates for the project team
• Provide assistance in resolving day-to-day site challenges to ensure project timelines are met

Candidate Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Construction Management or related degree at university
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Foundational knowledge of construction processes and documentation
