Our client is a residential builder located in Balcatta, known for delivering high-quality single-storey, double-storey homes, and unit developments.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Scheduler/Estimator to join their team in a permanent, full-time capacity. Working closely with their Estimating/Scheduling Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to be mentored and developed into a key part of the business. You’ll be working across a mix of projects and product types, using Truth Engine scheduling software to help deliver accurate, efficient build schedules and cost estimates.

Key Requirements:

• Some experience in a scheduling or estimating role in residential construction
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and be mentored in a collaborative environment
• Familiarity with scheduling systems—Truth Engine experience is a plus
• High attention to detail and good organisational skills
