In Support of this growth, we currently have a newly created position for an experienced Planner and Scheduler to join our team working 5 days on, 2 days off roster.

The Role

As a newly created role in our organisation, as the Planner and Scheduler you will be responsible for developing and building this area in our business and for the following:

Develop and maintain detailed Project schedules for our Adhoc Jobs using Excel and MS Project.

Collaborating across teams to gather input, align timelines and identify risks.

Build and maintain data integrity across SharePoint, MS Project, and other Office Suite Programs.

Build and maintain accurate records of schedule changes and provide information on justifications for extension of time.

Support internal stakeholders with scheduling advice and reporting.

Manage resource allocations and identify optimisation opportunities.

Coordinate and plan all activities for assets and adhoc projects across a wide range of site location and schedule preventative and minor project maintenance according to maintenance and service schedules.

Maintain registered plant inspections and documentations.
