We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join this leading builder. Key Requirements:

• Scheduling experience on luxury homes is essential, double storey experience is a minimum requirement.
• Some Estimating experience is desirable, but not essential (estimating prestart variations)
• 10 years experience in scheduling/estimating (desirable)
• Strong time management skills
• Highly skilled communication skills
• A team player
• Strong tenure in previous roles
