NES Fircroft is partnered with a global energy business with headquarters in Perth's eastern suburbs. As a result of recent growth, this company has a requirement for a Project Scheduler to join the team on an initial 3 month contract basis, with possibility for extension. We’re seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong level of attention to detail to complete this important role with key duties as follows:

Coordinate and plan all activities for assets across a wide range of site locations and schedule preventative and minor project maintenance according to maintenance and service schedules.

Liaise with management and key stakeholders.

Create work orders and assign parts required to complete scheduled, project and breakdown works.

Maintain registered plant inspections and documentation.

Liaise with the service manager to rectify any warranty issues that arise and schedule these repairs with customers on site.

Ensure a high level of maintenance is achieved by planning, and scheduling work correctly.

Develop and maintain cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work.

Assist regional supervisors with planning of resource requirements for maintenance activities.

Upload and maintain accurate records and documentation for Registered plant and maintenance records.

Ongoing maintenance planning development & optimisation of the system
