About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Scheduler & Planner to join our Fremantle-based workshop operations. This pivotal role is responsible for managing the mobilisation of materials to regional projects, managing maintenance of plant and equipment, and tracking the fabrication of transportable buildings and other project support fabrication activities.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the Mining or Civil Construction sector.

Job Role:

· Collaborate with workshop team to update production schedules, monitor progress and report on milestones

· Document and forecast resource requirements including labour, equipment & materials, aligning with project schedules and budgets.

· Track warehouse delivery against projects schedules

· Reviewing and scheduling all maintenance activities for plant & equipment including ongoing maintenance and repairs

· Develop construction schedules aligned with methodology and scope

Competencies, Skills and Experience required:

· Demonstrated experience planning multi- disciplinary scopes: Structural;, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, & Hydraulic

· Ability to interpret drawings, construction work packs and technical documents

· The ability to plan and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

· High level of attention to detail in all tasks

· Advanced computing skills, particularly in MS project, excel and outlook.

· Experience in procurement, warehousing, or plant management.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both field and office based teams
