Our client is a Top ASX50 Industry leader, they’re looking for a commercially minded Commercial Finance Analyst to involve in operations.
This role is key in driving strategic initiatives, financial performance, partnering with Senior stakeholders and executives, and supporting long term growth journey.

Responsibilities:

• Effective Finance business partnering, building close relationship to Divisional Operations Leaders and local Finance teams to add value and insight
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• P&L Management: Monitor Profit & Loss performance, offering insights for improvement.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct analysis, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Process Improvement: Enhance financial processes to streamline reporting and forecasting.
• Help to drive collaboration efforts between Finance and Operations, facilitating improved communication and collaboration, driving strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

• CA or CPA qualifications
• FMCG/Supply Chain or Logistics experience will be high regarded
• 2-3 years commercial experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communications skills to build relationships with stakeholders
