We are seeking a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join our high-performing finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into strategic insights and enjoys partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to analyse manufacturing costs and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards.
• Support scenario modelling, business case development, and investment analysis.
• Continuously improve financial models, tools, and reporting processes.
• Assist with board reporting and presentations.

About You:

• CA or CPA qualified with 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management accounting.
• Background in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sectors highly regarded.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
