The Role

This Finance Analyst position is a key part of the finance team, responsible for providing detailed financial analysis and commercial insights to support business decision-making. You will work closely with finance and operational teams to deliver accurate reporting, forecasting, and margin analysis that drives improved performance and strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Develop and maintain financial models to support pricing, business cases, and strategic initiatives
• Conduct margin and cost analysis across key logistics operations
• Assist with variance analysis and month-end processes
• Support development of financial models for pricing, tenders, and business cases
• Collaborate with operational teams to enhance financial performance
• Contribute to the creation of dashboards and performance reporting tools

Your Skills & Experience

• Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA preferred)
• 2-4 years' experience in a finance analyst or commercial analyst role
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools an advantage
• Clear communicator who can present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport sectors highly regarded
