To lead Eden and Christie Spaces to ultimate category excellence in their respective markets - infusing energy, and high-impact execution every step of the way.
Reporting directly to an inspiring CEO, you won’t just have a seat at the table - you’ll help set it. You’ll be the strategic and creative force driving these brands forward as they evolve, grow, and challenge the status quo. From taking full ownership of the brand and marketing strategy, you’ll set the roadmap, building momentum and scaling your very own #dreamteam to amplify impact along the way. This is a lead-from-the-front gig for someone who thrives on both vision and execution.
You’re endlessly curious about what makes customers tick, deeply passionate about building brands people genuinely love, and you’re fiercely committed to turning insight into action. Whether you’re redefining value props or launching powerful mutli-channel campaigns, you know how to blend creativity with data to create marketing that connects, converts, and resonates.

You bring full-stack marketing chops with a strong tilt toward brand and digital - think: Brand, CX, CRM, SEO, Paid Media, Partnerships, and beyond. But more importantly, you know how to connect the dots to build magnetic, seamless market-leading brand experiences.

A Little More About YOU!
- You’re a highly experienced Head of Marketing with 10+ years of experience and impact behind you – strategy, momentum, and performance are your bread and butter.
- You’ve got a versatile track record spanning both B2B and B2C - you know how to pivot, flex, and fine-tune strategies for very different audiences. Two distinct brands? You see that as a creative and strategic playground.
- Bonus points if your journey has taken you through Hotels, Property, Residential or similar industries. If you’ve walked in those shoes, we’re listening.
- You’ve led or built marketing teams from scratch and know what good looks like. You’ve managed in-house teams and know how to attract, nurture and retain top talent.
- Most importantly: you’re hands-on, lead from the front, and you’re never afraid to roll up your sleeves. You’re as comfortable in the weeds as you are leading the high-level strategic roadmap for the team - that’s your superpower.

- Brand, Marketing and Digital strategy is where you shine. You know how to bring the roadmap to life, and you’re always laser-focussed on tangible business outcomes.
- You’re a full-stack marketer with a strong bias towards brand and digital. Think: Brand, CX, SEO, Paid Media, CRM and more - you’ve lived it, led it, and know how to scale it.
- Data isn’t just a buzzword for you - it’s your compass. From historical performance to designing customer-led research programs that dig into real human insights, you thrive on making informed, customer-centric decisions that will help set both brands in the right direction for growth.
- You’ve got an eye for what could be better - and the drive to make it happen. You’re someone who intuitively understands what your customers crave, translating deep insights and data into meaningful product evolution. You help shape not just a product, but an experience. And with a team ready to invest in expanding amenities and crafting unforgettable brand moments, the possibilities are limitless.
- Partnerships? Ideally, you’ve had some exposure to this. From high-profile brand collabs to strategic players, you know how to build alliances that amplify reach and relevance - and we’ve got plenty of scope for you to flex that muscle here.
- You speak fluent MarTech - CRM platforms like Salesforce, and knowing your way around the latest tools + tech isn’t just preferred, it’s essential.
- Commercial acumen runs deep. You’re comfortable owning a P&L and managing it with both precision and purpose.
