With multiple brands scaling nationally, we are seeking a commercially astute and strategically driven Group Marketing Manager to lead our brand and digital marketing function. This is a rare opportunity to design, implement, and lead the marketing strategy across a portfolio of businesses from the ground up.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Founder, this role is ideal for a senior marketing leader who can move seamlessly between high-level strategy and tactical execution. You'll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives and deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead the marketing strategy across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and growth targets

Design and oversee brand positioning, campaign development, and digital performance strategies

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage agency partners to deliver effective, on-brand marketing initiatives

Lead campaign analysis and performance reporting—translating data into actionable insights and continuous improvement

Provide strategic marketing advice to the founder and leadership team, influencing investment decisions and market approach

Establish processes, performance benchmarks, and reporting frameworks to drive efficiency and scale

About You

5+ years in senior marketing roles, ideally across B2B and B2C sectors

Demonstrated success managing multiple brands or business units simultaneously

Expertise in digital marketing tools and channels including Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, email automation, and analytics platforms

Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen—you understand how marketing impacts the bottom line

Proven ability to lead and mentor internal teams, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders

Willingness to explore and learn traditional marketing channels such as physical signage, print media, direct mail, or trade publications

Industry experience in construction, housing, or industrial sectors is highly desirable
