Role Overview

We’re looking for a confident and creative Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. In this role, you’ll take the lead on marketing strategy and campaign execution for a portfolio of residential property projects, working closely with our development, sales, and design teams. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-impact marketing that drives results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and deliver marketing strategies across both digital and traditional channels
• Own end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking
• Manage project marketing budgets, ensuring effective spend and ROI
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and consultants
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and assets
• Collaborate with the communications team to deliver events and public relations activities
• Work closely with sales and development teams to align marketing with project timelines
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to team discussions and campaign planning
• Stay ahead of market trends and contribute to continuous improvement

Who You’ll Work With

• Sales and development teams (including Senior Development Managers)
• Internal marketing, communications, and design professionals
• External partners, agencies, and suppliers

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally in property or real estate
• Strong campaign and project management skills
• Sound understanding of customer behaviour and buyer journey
• Experience with digital channels, analytics, and content creation
• Confident managing budgets and working with creative teams
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a bonus
• Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Mailchimp, and social scheduling platforms is a plus
• Marketing or communications degree preferred
