About the Role

We're on the hunt for a hybrid Services Engineer (level 2) who is eager to join the dynamic DJC Systems team. Are you ready to be one of the first employees and help shape our new hub office based on the GC?

We like to ensure every single team member has a big impact, experiences a fun yet-driven career, as we grow, we make sure our staff grow and come on the journey with us. Being in the shared services team, you will have the ability to work on both project delivery items as well as managed services support

You should have at least a minimum of 3 year's experience working within an MSP, and ready to up your skills and grow as an individual working in cloud space.

You will implement solutions within Microsoft centric environments:

Cloud Migrations: Office/Microsoft 365, Azure, Sharepoint and Onedrive

Hosted Infrastructure: VMWare and Hyperv.

3cx or other cloud telephony platforms

High Availability / Data Protection: Veeam or Azure site recovery.

So, an advanced understanding of cloud/server/network infrastructure and networking general principles is a must have.

What sort of person are we looking for?

Experience interpreting and working to a set Scope of Works to effectively and efficiently meet deliverables

Demonstrated track record of working in a technical role within an MSP (preferred) and have a broad technical focus including cloud, server infrastructure, general knowledge of networking, general knowledge of security and Office 365/Azure.

Capability around project documentation.

Excellent communication skills

Attention to Detail, follow-up on outstanding items

High level of customer service and relationship building skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision – take ownership and action through to completion

A positive, results-oriented, and customer-focused attitude

Desired Skills / Certifications:

Tertiary Qualification (Degree, Tafe) advantage

Microsoft Certified (windows 10, Server)

Experience in deploying/implementing and managing O365 Migration from on-prem to O365 with SharePoint and Teams is a must

Experience in azure however for the right candidate we offer training around this

Minimum 3+ years in an IT support role where troubleshooting is key

Ticketing System (We use connectwise)

Kaseya VSA Experience is an advantage
