Your Responsibilities
This is a Level 2+ Engineer role, where you will:
Onboard and document new clients, ensuring smooth transitions.
Implement new and updated IT solutions that meet client needs.
Provide proactive support and troubleshooting to clients.
Act as an escalation point for Level 1 service desk issues.
Have the chance to expand your role into areas like solution design, project management, and basic quoting.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in an IT service desk or similar role, ideally within an MSP environment.
Solid knowledge of cloud-based services, networking, and business applications.
Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco) are highly regarded.
Experience in a Telco Service Provider role would be a plus.
Technical Expertise
You should have hands-on experience with most of the following technologies:
Microsoft Office 365 (including InTune)
Microsoft Azure
Backup Technologies (e.g., Acronis Cloud Protect)
End-User Applications (e.g., MS Teams, MS Office)
Telephony Platforms (e.g., 3CX, Avaya)
Networking (e.g., Ubiquiti, Watchguard, Fortinet, Meraki)
Ticketing and Documentation Tools
Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) (e.g., NinjaOne)
Virtualization Technologies (e.g., VMware, Proxmox)
Endpoint Security (e.g., SentinelOne, Webroot)
