About the Role:

As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our property. You’ll lead, train, and motivate a team of housekeepers while maintaining a safe, efficient, and guest-focused working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily housekeeping operations across rooms and public areas

Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure quality and efficiency

Conduct regular inspections and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and linen

Create rosters, manage budgets, and report on department performance

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations

Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences

About You:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior housekeeping or supervisory role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Eye for detail with high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to relocate to a regional area
