Panache Hotel Group (PHG) is a dynamic and rapidly expanding hotel management company specialising in short-term accommodations, hotels, and independent serviced apartments. With headquarters in Western Australia, PHG currently operates five distinguished hotels in Perth and Melbourne.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Hotel Manager to oversee operations across our Western Australia properties. This is a full-time leadership role ideal for someone with strong operational experience, people management skills, and a passion for driving hotel performance.

About the Role

As the WA Cluster Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple hotel sites, ensuring high standards of service, compliance, and profitability. You will work closely with the executive team to execute group strategies and lead hotel teams towards operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all operational aspects of multiple hotel properties in WA

Lead and support Hotel Managers to ensure service standards and guest satisfaction

Monitor daily performance metrics and implement improvement plans

Ensure compliance with safety, brand, and company policies

Manage budgets, cost controls, and profitability targets

Coordinate with head office departments on Operation, HR, finance, marketing, and maintenance matters

Drive consistency and quality across all WA operations

Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews

Monitor stock-check and place an order request to the hotel admin when the stock is running low.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or Cluster Manager in hospitality

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Excellent operational and financial acumen

Ability to manage multiple sites effectively

Proficient in hotel systems and Microsoft Office

Strong communication and reporting abilities

Flexibility to travel between properties
