Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and coach your team to deliver outstanding service and exceed sales targets

Drive commercial outcomes through effective sales strategies and operational excellence

Ensure visual merchandising and in-store presentation meet luxury standards

Manage inventory, staff rostering, and day-to-day operations

Build meaningful customer relationships that foster loyalty and brand advocacy

Support team development through performance coaching, regular feedback, and recognition

Collaborate with head office and regional teams to execute promotional campaigns and events

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Store Manager in a consultative or premium retail environment

Passionate leadership style with a focus on developing high-performing teams

Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A keen eye for presentation and understanding of visual merchandising principles

Hands-on approach to operations, from stock control to budget management
