Panache Hotel Group (PHG) is a dynamic and rapidly expanding hotel management company specialising in short-term accommodations, hotels, and independent serviced apartments. With headquarters in Western Australia, PHG currently operates five distinguished hotels in Perth and Melbourne.

We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Hotel Manager to lead operations at Mantra on Hay in East Perth. This full-time leadership role offers a unique opportunity for career progression, with a potential pathway to become PHG’s State Manager of WA.

About the Role

As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations at Mantra on Hay, ensuring high standards of guest experience, team performance, financial management, and compliance. You will play a key role in driving the hotel's success while aligning with PHG’s long-term strategic goals in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of Mantra on Hay

Drive service quality, guest satisfaction, and team engagement

Monitor hotel performance, budget targets, and cost control

Implement policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Liaise with departments including housekeeping, maintenance, front office, and finance

Collaborate closely with the Portfolio Manager and Executive Team

Mentor and develop staff to support PHG's growing WA presence

Contribute to special projects and new initiatives within the WA hotel cluster

Requirements

Proven experience in hotel management or senior hospitality leadership

Strong business acumen with a hands-on leadership style

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Experience with Opera Cloud PMS is a strong advantage

Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment
