What you'll bring to the table:
✅ Previous experience in a Club or Pub Duty Manager role
✅ Solid knowledge of gaming, food & beverage service
✅ Strong understanding of compliance, including harm minimisation and gaming protocols
✅ A people-first leadership style that motivates and lifts those around you
✅ Ability to juggle rosters, manage the floor, and still smile when things get busy
✅ Flexibility to work nights, weekends, public holidays — and even the occasional overnight
