Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Duty Manager. As the Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our club, maintaining high standards of customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bowling club, including opening and closing procedures.
Manage the front-of-house team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
Coordinate bookings, reservations, and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling all customer interactions.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the facilities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
Handle cash management, including till reconciliation and gaming machine clearances..
Act as a point of contact for members, addressing any concerns or inquiries professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving club operations and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or leisure industry is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office, Sharepoint and SENPOS point of Sale.
Hold a current RSA and RCG competency card.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
