About the role

Quest Palmerston is seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This part-time role is based in Palmerston, NT 0830 and will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our client relationships within the local area.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base

Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with both existing and prospective clients

Developing and executing effective sales strategies to secure new business

Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

Collaborating with the wider team to develop and implement marketing initiatives

Accurately tracking and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics

What we're looking for

Proven track record in business development, account management or a related sales role

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships

Demonstrated success in identifying and converting new business opportunities

Proficient in using CRM systems to effectively manage and monitor sales activities

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands

Passion for providing exceptional customer service and driving client satisfaction

Flexibility to work three-days per week with majority of time spent in the office or visiting clients. This is a hybrid-role and some work-from-home flexibility is offered.
