We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with strong experience in Xero accounting software who thrives in a rapidly growing business environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping our financial records accurate and up to date & liaise with our internal accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records using Xero

• Manage payroll processing including super & STP reporting

• Reconcile bank accounts & credit cards

• Categorise expenses & manage receipts

• Create invoices & monitor accounts receivable

• Enter bills

• Liaise with internal accountant

Requirements:

• 3+ years bookkeeping experience using Xero

• Experience managing payroll and superannuation

• Good understanding of Australian tax obligations (GST, TAX & PAYG)

• High attention to detail and organisational skills

• Excellent communication skills
