Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager (Residential Project) to join our expanding team.

As a Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Oversee compliance and safety and ensure all site procedures are monitored.

Monitor progress of works against the current construction program and ensure all trades are coordinated.

Manage contractor's effectively, leading the sub-contract team in achieving project milestones.

Schedule and coordinate with project managers on priority issues and tasks.

Oversee the quality of trade works to ensure the required standard is achieved and maintained.

Lead a proactive approach to daily site administration duties, issuing site instructions, maintaining a detailed daily site diary, staying informed through emails and issuing project correspondence as required to trade contractors and consultants.

Liaise with the client and other key stakeholders to ensure a long-standing relationship is maintained.

Qualifications & Technical Skills Required:

Minimum 5 years residential supervisory experience.

Trade level qualification in construction.

Proficient on MS office.
