The Role

As a Site Manager, you will oversee the on-site delivery of premium residential and multi-residential projects. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will ensure that construction activities align with design specifications, quality expectations, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to construction programs and safety protocols.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain project schedules.
• Conduct quality control inspections to uphold high standards of workmanship.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to facilitate effective communication and resolve on-site issues.
• Monitor project progress, manage site documentation, and report to senior management.
• Implement and enforce WHS policies to ensure a safe working environment.

What You Need

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager working on in high-end residential or boutique multi-residential construction.
• Proven track record of delivering projects valued between $5m and $25m.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
