ABOUT THE POSITION.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site management, with a strong focus on maintaining high-quality construction standards, ensuring safety, and driving productivity on-site. You will work closely with a highly skilled and well-supported project team, including a Project Manager, Foremen, Contract Administrators, Site Engineers, and Cadets, to ensure the seamless execution of projects from beginning to end.

DUTIES.

• Oversee and manage onsite project activities
• Ensure excellence in WHS, Quality, and Compliance
• Construction programming – short and long range
• Lead and manage a site team to achieve outcomes
• Subcontractor management and audit

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
• Proven record as a Site Manager delivering projects from $5M to $25M
• Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
• Medium to large scale new build construction experience is highly preferred
