Your Impact:
Lead Operations: Oversee care, rostering, training for the workforce, and administration, ensuring NDIS and SCHADS compliance.
Inspire Teams: Guide leaders to foster collaboration and deliver high performance.
Drive Strategy: Partner with the CEO and General Manager to implement goals and spark innovation.
Ensure Excellence: Maintain quality and compliance through audits and client feedback.
Build Connections: Strengthen relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders for outstanding outcomes.
What You Bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in health, business, or leadership in the Disability Industry.
- 5+ years’ operational leadership experience, ideally in disability or community services.
- Deep knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and SCHADS Award.
- Proven skills in team leadership, change management, and resource optimisation.
- Strategic thinker with expertise in data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
