The Position:

We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to work from the Western Sydney Head Office and Plant. In this role you will be overseeing the operations team, of Drivers, Operations Executives and other internal teams. You will work closely with internal Chemical teams and management, external vendors, and clients to streamline processes, monitor performance, and deliver exceptional service. With your strong leadership and problem-solving skills, you will contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall truck and driver operations, including scheduling.
• Coordinate with and manage internal operational teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the operations staff.
• Oversee the documentation and compliance processes.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance and mentorship.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and budgets to track operational performance.

The Package:

For the right candidate we're willing to offer:

• Salary of between $130k pa - $150k pa
• A Short term and long term incentive structure based on perfomance
• Superannuation

The Candidate:

Someone with a good operational understanding of liquid, Hazchem, PFAS, FOGs and general waste would be ideal for this role. While technical and chemical knowledge isn't necessary, as you would be working in conjunction with the Plant, Technical and Chemical Management Team, it would be looked on favorably.
