About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Marketing Co-Ordinator. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, has a flair for graphic design, is confident with social media management, and enjoys working with data and back-of-house (BOH) marketing operations. Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
Create visually engaging digital and print assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Develop and maintain brand-consistent marketing collateral for campaigns, events, and social media.
Social Media Management:
Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) using social media management tools.
Engage with online communities, respond to messages, and monitor brand reputation.
Analyse social media metrics and prepare regular reports to inform strategy.
Digital Marketing:
Support the implementation and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email, SEO, SMS).
Track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.), interpret data, and make recommendations for improvement.
Assist with website content updates and maintenance, ensuring information is current and on-brand.
Online Sales – Website, Marketplace, eBay plus other mediums
Managing product images for company e-commerce site
Produce editorial material for industry-based media as opportunities arise
Marketing Administration:
Coordinate marketing projects, manage timelines, and support the delivery of campaigns from planning through to execution and reporting.
Maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, and digital asset libraries.
Liaise with external suppliers and internal stakeholders as required.
Key Skills & Attributes
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
Demonstrated experience managing social media channels and content creation3=.
Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, analytics, and reporting.
Strong IT skills, particularly with marketing platforms, website CMS, and data analysis tools.
Have a passion for showcasing great hospitality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in a marketing, digital, or graphic design role preferred.
Familiarity with BOH marketing operations, analytics, and reporting tools is highly regarded.
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience with email and SMS marketing platforms
Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
Interest or background in IT or technology sectors, Engine / Machinery sector
